It is said that if this Sudarshan Chakra is seen from any corner of Puri, then its mouth looks towards you.

Airplanes Or Birds Do Not Pass Over The Temple - To date, no airplane or bird has flown over the temple of Lord Jagannath. Why is this so, as soon as any airplane or bird comes near the temple, its direction changes, this is a mystery. Not only this, you will not find any lack of birds in any temple, but this is the only temple where birds will never be seen.

According to Hinduism, the four Dhams are Badrinath, Dwarka, Rameswaram, and Puri. It is believed that when Lord Vishnu settled in the four Dhams, he first went to Badrinath and took a bath there, after this he went to Dwarka in Gujarat and changed his clothes there. After Dwarka, he had food in Puri in Odisha and finally rested in Rameswaram in Tamil Nadu. There is a temple of Lord Shri Jagannath in Puri where there are wooden idols of Lord Jagannath, his brother Balabhadra and his sister Subhadra.
