Story 1. Donkey And Wolf Story

There was a meadow near the forest. A fat fresh donkey used to come there daily to graze the green grass.

One day he was grazing in the meadow with great pleasure. Then a wolf from the forest came there. He went out in search of prey. He was very hungry. Seeing the donkey, he was very happy and started thinking - 'By hunting this donkey, food for many days will be arranged.'

He hid behind a tree in anticipation of opportunity and kept an eye on the donkey. The donkey grazing on the grass saw him and he understood that the wolf was about to kill him.

He was thinking that the wolf started coming towards him. To save his life, the donkey employed a trick and he started walking lame.

Seeing him walking lame like this, the wolf asked, "Why? What's up? Why are you walking with a limp?"

"What shall I tell wolf brother? A thorn has pricked my leg. There is great pain. That's why I am walking lame. Will you remove this thorn?"

"I?" The wolf said in amazement.

"I know wolf brother! You are thinking of eating me. But when you eat me, then this thorn can get stuck in your throat. That's why it is necessary to remove it."

The wolf thought - 'The donkey is right. Why should I take unnecessary trouble while eating? I'll just take out its fork. Then kill it and eat it with pleasure.'

He said, "Show me, where did you prick the thorn?"

The donkey raised his leg. The wolf went near his feet and started looking for the thorn. When the donkey saw that the wolf's attention was completely on his leg, he beat him with a forceful trot.

The wolf was thrown away. He was confused. He could see the stars during the day. When he calmed down and got up, he saw that the donkey had run far beyond his reach.

In this way, the donkey saved his life with his wisdom. The wolf started thinking – the work which was not mine but that of the doctor, that is, the work of removing the thorn, in the process of doing it, I also ate a tusk and lost my victim. I will never again put my hand in that work which I do not know.

Story 2. The Tale Of Trees And Lions

There was a green forest on the edge of a village. There were thousands of trees in that forest. The two trees among them were close friends, which grew next to each other.

Many lions also lived in that forest. They would hunt other small wild animals, eat them till they were full, and leave the rest of the meat alone. Due to rotten meat, a lot of stenches spread in the forest, and the air of the forest was polluted.

One day both the trees were discussing the same subject.

A tree said, “The air of the whole forest has become polluted because of these lions. There is such a bad smell here all the time. These lions should be driven out of the forest."

The other Tree nodded yes and said, "Exactly right friend! We are all troubled by these lions. We should do something to drive them out."

An old and wise tree was listening to the talks of both the trees. He began to say, "You two are foolish. Think that we are safe because of these lions. Due to their fear, no woodcutter comes to cut wood in this forest. If the lions are gone, we will also be guests for a few days."

Both the trees paid no heed to the advice of the old tree. They just wanted to somehow make the lions run away from the forest. He thought that why not somehow scare the lions so that they leave the forest and run away.

After that, after consulting each other, both of them started moving in their places with loud voices. He also got the support of the wind. Their branches were shaking vigorously. When the animals of the forest saw this, they got scared. They felt that something is definitely going to happen in the forest and the shaking of these two trees like this is a sign of this. They all started leaving the forest. The lions also left the forest.

Seeing this, both the trees were very happy and started saying that now pure air will flow in the forest and we will live in a pure environment.

The wise old tree thought, "Now the end of all of us is coming."

Both the trees laughed at the old tree and continued with their fun. They were not gushing with joy. But their happiness lasted only a few days.

As soon as the word spread in the village that the lions had left the forest, some woodcutter reached the forest with an ax. Now he had no fear of lions. They started cutting trees without any fear.

Seeing this, both the trees were very scared and started thinking that they should have obeyed the old tree. But now they could do nothing. After a few days, his turn also came and he was hacked.

Story 3. The Story Of The Little Red Hen

There used to be a little red chicken in a field. She was very hardworking. A dog, a cat, and a duck lived near his house. All three were lazy. Even after this, all four were good friends. Sometimes dogs, cats, and ducks took advantage of the little red hen. She would work hard to prepare her food and all three would reach to eat. Even the chicken did not say anything to them because of friendship.

It's just a matter of one day. The little red hen was roaming in the field when she saw some wheat seeds lying in the soil, seeing which she started thinking - 'Why should I not sow these seeds in the field. When the harvest is done, I will grind the wheat and make bread out of it and eat it with pleasure.

He hoped that his friends would definitely help him in this work. She picked up the wheat grains and reached the dog first. He said to the dog, "Friend! Look, I have found these wheat seeds in the field. I want to sow it. Will you help me?"
