Story - Jackfruit Tree

Once upon a time, Akbar had a gardener, Mir, who used to plant flowers in Akbar's garden. Birbal loved to walk in the garden, thus Birbal and Mir Mali used to spend a lot of time together.

One day, when Birbal went for a walk in the garden, he saw that Mir was crying sitting near a jackfruit tree. When Birbal asked Mir the reason for crying, at first Mir refused, but later on asking more, he told Birbal that he had kept a pot under the jackfruit tree in which he had stored his hard-earned money for 20 years.

He had deposited this for his old age. But someone stole his pot. What will he do now Mir was very sad. Birbal asked Mir why did you press the pot here. Mir said, I used to work here all day and I thought it could be a safer place, so I buried it here under the jackfruit tree.

Birbal said to Mir whoever stole your pot, I will find him. After this Birbal thought a lot that who could be the person who would dig under the jackfruit tree. After this, when the court was held, Birbal told Akbar about the theft of Mir's pots.

Birbal asked all the ministers present in the court who used to use the garden that someone had just got some disease within 1 to 2 days. Then a minister said that he had a pain in his throat, Birbal asked what did he do.

The minister said that his wife made a decoction which she had brought from her maternal home. Another minister said that he had a complaint of constipation. Birbal asked what did you do. The minister said there is a doctor, I took medicine from him, using which I got completely cured.

Birbal asked to call that doctor. Birbal asked Vaidya, did you give constipation medicine to the minister. Vaidya said yes, I gave them medicine, if you want medicine, then I can make such medicine for you too. Birbal said how did you make that medicine.

Vaidya said I had put the extract of jackfruit root in it. Birbal said that the extract of jackfruit root is very rare. Vaidya said on this that there is a jackfruit tree in the garden of the palace itself. When Birbal asked Vaidya about the pot, he told the truth that he got the pot during the digging of the root, which he kept.

Birbal called Mir Mali and asked him how many gold coins were in his pot. The gardener told that there were 75 gold coins in it. Birbal said that you will get less than 10 gold coins because you pressed your gold coin at such a place.

10 gold coins will be found for the truth to the Vaidya who told the truth. Emperor Akbar was pleased with this cleverness and justice of Birbal and praised him.

Akbar had kept his court open to all, whether any person came with his complaint or came to demonstrate his talent. Once upon a time, a singer named Ramdev came from Rajasthan with the intention of showing his music in the court of Akbar.

He started entering Akbar's palace but then the concierge standing there stopped him. When Ramdev asked the reason, the concierge said that to go to Akbar's court, you have to give 5 Asharfia. The singer said that I do not have Asharfia, I am very poor. The concierge said if there is no Asharfia then you cannot meet King Akbar.

On his insistence, the concierge took Ramdev to his minister, the minister also told him the same thing, many people come here to meet King Akbar, so whoever has to give us five Asharfias, we only have them to meet King Akbar. gives.

If you have Ashrafia you can go to court. Ramdev did not have Asharfia, so he was thrown out. He became very sad and before leaving he thought of meeting Birbal whose name he had heard a lot.

He reached Birbal's house and told Birbal everything about how the concierge did not allow him to meet King Akbar when he did not have 5 Asharfia. Birbal was very surprised at this. Birbal assured Ramdev to find a solution.

Birbal was very smart. Birbal himself started going to Akbar's palace disguised as a singer. Then he was stopped by the same concierge. The concierge also asked Birbal for five Ashrafi. But Birbal said that he does not have Asharfia.

If the concierge said then you cannot go inside. Birbal said, but I sing a very good song, after listening to my song, the king will surely reward me, then I will give half of that reward to you. Hearing this, the concierge took him to his minister.

Birbal also told the minister that whatever reward he will get, I will give half of it to you. The minister got greedy for half the reward and sent Birbal to the court. Going to the court, Birbal told that he has come from Rajasthan to present his music.

Akbar allowed Birbal to recite the song, after which he sang his song, which pleased Emperor Akbar and all the people of the court. Akbar said we liked your song very much, you can ask for whatever reward you want from us.

Birbal said, Maharaj, I want 100 whips for the reward. Everyone was surprised to hear his answer. Akbar asked, do you really want a whip reward instead of a treasure. Birbal said yes, after that a person came there to whip.

Then Birbal said but half of my reward will be shared with someone else whom I have promised, when Akbar asked, Birbal told the whole thing and removed his disguise so that everyone came to know that he was Birbal.

After this Akbar put the concierge and the minister in jail. Birbal then introduced the Ramdev singer to the court. Everyone started talking about Birbal's intelligence.
