Story - Silly Friend

A monkey lived in the Raj Bhavan of a king. He was a servant of all the people there and a confidant of everyone in Anantapur (Rajmahal). Once the king was sleeping. The fan sitting next to the monkey king was flashing.

After a while, a fly sat on the king's chest. The monkey blew the fly away. But the fly flew again and sat on the king's chest.

In this way, the monkey repeatedly flies the fly and the fly flies again and again and sits on the king's chest. Seeing this, the monkey was very angry. He brought a sharp sword under his foolishness and natural versatility.

As the fly sat, the monkey wielded a sword. The fly flew away, but with the edge of the sword, the king's chest broke into two pieces.

After telling this story, Kartak said - "Therefore, it is said that a king who wants to live more days should not be kept as a foolish servant." Also listen to another story on this subject, which is as follows.

Story - Work Of Thief Brahmin

A Brahmin lived in a city. He was a great scholar. He used to steal from previous birth rites. Once he saw four Brahmins from outside in his own city.

The thief Brahmin thought that what kind of measures should he take so that the property of those four comes to him. After some thought, he went near them and started to impress them with his sweet voice, and he developed his trust in him and thus he started serving him.

Somebody has rightly said that only a woman is ashamed, saltwater is colder, a hypocritical person is more prudent, and a sly person speaks more dearly.

One day when the Brahmins sold all their goods, they bought money from the money received from it, then they decided to leave their country. He hid those rallies in his thighs.

Seeing this, the thief Brahmin regretted his failure after being in his service for so many days. Then he decided that he too would go with them and seize their wealth by poisoning everyone on the way.

When the thief Brahmin wept and urged him to take him with him, those Brahmins accepted to take him along. Thus, while they were leaving, a village of Bhils came en route.

The crows in that village were trained to indicate that the stranger had money. When they indicated, the Bhils suspected that they had property.

The Bhils surrounded them and wanted to snatch money from them, but when the Brahmins refused to give them, the Bhils beat them up a lot. Their clothes were beaten off, but they got no money anywhere.

Seeing this, those Bhils said - "Whatever signs the crows of our village have given to this day, they have never proved untrue. Now if you have money, give it to us, otherwise, by killing you we will rip your limbs and take the money kept in it.

When the thief Brahmin heard from the face of the Bhils that he would be killed, he understood that in the end, his life would also come, so if he could somehow save his life by giving his life, what harm is there?

Considering this, he said to the Bhils - 'Philo. If you are sure of this, then first kill me and test the signs of your crows. 'The Bhils killed that sly Brahmin.

When he did not find the money hidden in the body of that Brahmin, he thought that the other four Brahmins would have nothing to do. After telling the story, Kartak went on to say - "Therefore I say that a learned enemy is better than a foolish friend."

Thinking this, the Bhils left those four Brahmins. Both of them were doing similar things here and there, a decisive war was going on in Pinglak and Sanjeev.

In the end, Pinglak killed Sanjeevak with his fingernail. After killing Sanjeevak, Pinglak began to remember his qualities. He started feeling remorseful. He said - 'I have committed a great sin by killing the Creator,

Because there is no other sin than betrayal. I used to praise everyone in my meeting before, now what will I say in my meeting? '

On hearing the sad things from the mouth of Pinglak, Damanak came to him and said - 'Swami! Why are you mourning after slaughtering a bull that eats grass? This policy is cowardly, such a policy does not suit any king.

Lord Krishna has also said in the Gita that "O Arjuna, why are you being miserable by thinking about whom you should not think?"

One should understand the essence of life and conduct it accordingly. Learned people do not grieve or rejoice at someone's life or death. '

Story - Saints And Mice

In a province in the south direction, there was a temple of Lord Shiva, a little away from the city called Mahilaropya. A monk named Tamrachud lived there.

He used to eat food by asking for alms from the city and used to hang the remaining begging in the alms box and hang it on the stool. In the morning he used to distribute some food to his servants with the same begging.

And used to do the work of cleaning the temple etc. with those servants. One day the mice of that time came and said to me - 'O Lord! The monk of this temple saves a lot of food and hangs it on a peg in his alms.

What is the use of moving around? You climb on these alms and enjoy the food. ”I climbed on the peg and started eating the food of the alms when the ascetic came to know that at night, he kept a bamboo with him and lay down.

He used to repeatedly shake the alms with that bamboo. I used to hide on one side in that vessel. In this way, he used to bash the vessel with bamboo all night, and I hid.

A few days later a friend of the Tamrachud monk returned from a pilgrimage to his house. His name was Brihatsifak. Tamrachud used to drive me away at night. He was unable to talk by paying more attention to his friend.

This enraged his friend and said - 'Tamrachud! You are not playing friendship with me. Does not talk to me with all his heart. I leave your temple at this time and go to live elsewhere. '

Tamrachud replied fearfully - 'Mitra! You are my unique friend. The second reason for my anxiety is that a wicked rat steals food items from my alms on a peg every night.

I am knocking the alms to scare the rats. That rat has beaten the cat and the monkey in jumping. "Knowing the reason, Brihatsifka asked in a somewhat humble voice -" You know the bill of that rat? "

I don't know. 'Tamrachud replied. On this, he said, "Do not be there, its bill is on any treasure buried in the ground."

It bounces so much due to the heat of money. There is no reason to do anything. If someone starts selling chopped sesame seeds without mint, they have a reason too. '
